I designed and developed this Job Aide as a supplement to the eLearning course for Work Zone Inc. when they identified poor work space ergonomics as being one of the main reasons for work-related injuries and low morale. 

Business Goal: Use this Job Aide as a reminder to change the employee’s behavior by explaining the impacts of proper ergonomics and also demonstrating ways to protect themselves from work related injury by using strategies for self-care.
