I am a passionate Instructional Designer with a background in education and computer science. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a love for learning and a desire to help others unlock their full potential. My experience as a technology instructor plus support, as well as organizing staff workshops for professional development, made me realize my preference for instructing adults. This led me to discover Instructional Design as career that fit perfectly with my skills and interests.

With a deep interest in educational technology (EdTech) and its impact on learning, I made the transition to designing and developing eLearning solutions. To enhance my knowledge, I enrolled in the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) and pursued additional online training courses and webinars. I am dedicated to lifelong learning and continuously developing my skills in adult learning theories and eLearning authoring tools.

As an Instructional Designer, I excel in designing and developing engaging courses for diverse learners. My goal is to create human-centered, meaningful, and user-friendly learning solutions that meet organizational requirements. I perform needs analysis, collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, and ensure that learning objectives are clearly defined and met. I design learner-centered training courses based on adult learning theories and implement effective evaluation methods.

Outside of instructional design, I enjoy a variety of hobbies such as reading, wood burning, painting, gardening, cooking, traveling, listening to podcasts, and hiking. These activities provide inspiration and recharge my creativity.
